Summary
The Weighing process is made by up to three weighing units that is installed on weighing machine
and it would have 4-6 spouts. High precision and speed are utmost importance for weighing process.
As we care about the efficiency of machine for our customers, we were trying our best to improve it.
And we made these improvements thanks to our expertise on mechanical design and automation. We
present to you, Alapala Open-Mouth Carousel Packaging Machine weighing system which is agile and
precise with up to +/- 50g @2sigma accuracy for 50 kg packaging.

Alapala R&D Manager
Sezai Aydın holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University-METU (Turkey). With more than 28 years of experience at Automotive and Milling Industry, since 2014 he has been working at Alapala in the Milling field as Engineering and R&D Manager. Currently, as leader of the R&D Department at Alapala, Sezai Aydın took a significant role in establishing an ALAPALA R&D Center, Çorum. As manager of the Engineering and R&D Department, he successfully conducted several projects such as ‘’New Generation Similago II, Alapala Test Mill Project, High-Efficiency Synchronous Reluctance Motor (SynRM) Project, and InoSuit Certification Program’’.
