Alapala signed a new turnkey project agreement with LLC FINANCIAL COMPANY which is partly owned by government’s main agricultural funds organization. The mill will be built in Borispol, Ukraine. The first phase of the project is expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2019.
The signing ceremony was held in Ankara with the participation of the commite consisting of two parties’ representatives in the presence of Turkey’s Minister of National Defence Mr. Nurettin Canikli and Ukraine’s First vice prime minister Mr. Stephan Kubiv.
The chairman of Agro Fund Mr. Andriy Radchenko said that ” the region of the first mill is a very strategic region where the concentration of bakery enterprises is very high,”
The construction of a flour-mill complex would have a positive impact on the industry and overall business climate in the country as it would signal to international companies that Ukraine remains an attractive country for investment.
