Alapala has successfully completed the ‘mill renovation project’ for Kodandaram Flour Mills on Q1, in India.

Being one of flour manufacturing plants under the umbrella of Parisons Group, Kodandaram Flour Mills is located in Kerala region, India. Recently Alapala was assigned for the partial renovation work in Kodandaram plant, which has been successfully delivered on Q1.
The renovation work includes the replacement of the complete equipment in the milling section with the new generation Alapala machinery including Similago II Roller Mills, Aurora 828 Jumbo Plansifters, and Arion Purifiers along with bran finishers, detachers, control sifters, and the pneumatic conveying installation, etc.
The electrical installation of the complete plant has been modified for the adaptation of existing machinery to the new plant automation system.
The scope of the renovation work also includes process engineering service by Alapala, that the milling diagram is made for 180 TPD wheat processing capacity to produce high quality atta, maida, and sooji flour in ‘Chakra’ brand.
