TURNKEY PROJECT FROM ALAPALA TO MARDIN

Karaboğalar Flour Mill was completed at a record time about 5 months in Mardin Organized Industrial Zone with 600T/24h of wheat processing capacity, and came on stream in July 2015.

The facility, constructed in order to meet the requirement of quality flour especially in Iraq and Syria, has the characteristic of being the largest capacity flour mill as single line of the region and Turkey at the same time. In the project which was completed with high quality standards hygiene has been prioritized.

In the mill, equipped with full automatic PLC control, Alapala’s latest technology milling machines Smilago II, Arion and Aurora have been used.
The mill, placed in an 8-storey building, with many high-level features in terms of technology and operation, proves the success of Turkish industry in the international arena.
