From 1981 to 1989 works in Italy as a Laboratory Manager in Sugar plant and Laboratory Director in Flour Mills. From 1989 to 2003, work in Italian milling manufacturers companies : Golfetto and GBS, in charge in Milling Process department . Following positions: Senior Miller Engineer, Flow-Sheet Designer. From 2003, Professional Milling Consultant for Mill Service and Alapala. Currently, Director of milling Technology in Alapala Group.
